This workshop targeted the unique challenges faced by a diverse global team, from directors to middle management, in enhancing their communication and influence skills.

Workshop Journey & Challenges

The team identified several key areas for development:
  • Regional Advocacy: The team needed strategies to assertively advocate for regional nuances that differ from mainstream initiatives, particularly in a market like APAC, which differs significantly from the USA and EU. Effective communication of market dynamics and metric interpretations was crucial.
  • Culturally Aligned Self-Promotion: There was a need to develop self-promotion techniques that align with cultural norms, allowing team members to inform international headquarters of their accomplishments without discomfort or excessive self-promotion, ensuring visibility and equitable performance evaluations.

Based on a pre-workshop survey, the workshop was tailored to address these needs:
