We would love to bring a smile to your Mondays!

You can expect a personalised coaching experience that helps you create career success on your terms. We’ll get to know your goals, challenges and strengths, then guide you through our proven Happy Mondays™ methodology, blending evidence-based practices with practical tools. Our work together is grounded in empathy, candour and confidentiality, giving you a safe space to reflect, grow and take bold steps towards a career and life you love.

Our clients are ambitious professionals aiming to excel in the Singapore and Australian job markets, seeking to build meaningful and fulfilling careers. They come from diverse industries and career stages, united by their goal to achieve success on their own terms. We offer specialised support for social enterprises and individuals in vulnerable communities, as well as organisations striving to build a more resilient and effective workforce. For those seeking more accessible support beyond one-to-one coaching, our sister brand, Career Academy, provides blended solutions to address broader needs.

You'll gain access to a supportive community of like-minded professionals who share your commitment to personal and professional growth. This community provides valuable networking opportunities, allowing you to connect with peers, mentors, and industry experts who can offer guidance, support, and potential career opportunities. We empower you with the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to achieve your career goals. You will benefit from tailored advice, practical tools, and actionable insights that are directly relevant to your unique career path. As we always say, trust your gut (or intuition). If you feel a genuine connection with us during your free discovery call and resonate with our approach and methodology, we’re likely the right fit for you. However, there are many excellent coaches available, so if you have any doubts, we encourage you to explore other options. Your Happy Mondays journey will be both challenging and rewarding, and a strong personal connection is key to a successful coaching experience. If you feel we align well and are ready to commit, we’ll be excited to support you on your path to achieving your career goals.

We take the weight of that decision off your shoulders. We have internal systems to ensure you are matched with the right coach from the discovery call. If during the initial call, we realise that you'd be better off with another coach, we will tell you and introduce you to them. If you know you want to work with a particular coach, you can indicate that on your contact form.

Yes, we choose our clients as thoroughly as they choose us. We believe in what’s possible but are clear on what’s not. So, if we’re not the right match, we’ll recommend someone who might be a better fit.

Definitely. Many of our clients come to us not knowing exactly what they need. Through our first non-binding introductory call, we’ll ask questions to understand your situation and challenges. If none of our existing packages fulfils your specific needs, we can explore something bespoke for you.

Absolutely! While the programs have been created based on years of experience supporting professionals to build sustainable Happy Mondays, we understand that every individual’s career journey is unique. Our coaching programs are flexible and can be customised to address your specific needs, goals, and circumstances. During our initial consultation, we’ll work together to design a coaching plan that’s right for you.

Yes, of course. If you have a burning question or need a thinking partner to untangle yourself for a specific problem, we do offer the following two single-session engagement options.

• 30-minute session: This is ideal if you need a brief consultation, quick feedback on a particular challenge, or immediate advice on a focused issue. Commonly used to get feedback on an application or CV, and address a specific question or scenario you’re worried about for an upcoming interview.
• 90-minute session: Designed for a comprehensive discussion. Ideal for detailed problem-solving, extensive brainstorming, and thorough planning. Commonly used to prepare for a performance review, develop strategies to overcome a challenge or conflict at work, or get an external perspective when deciding between two job offers.

Our fees vary depending on the type and length of coaching you choose. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets and needs. Please contact us for detailed information on our pricing and payment plans.
